Losing weight ... quickly?

Remember this from a couple weeks ago - "Do you think I can lose 2-3 pounds a week?"
Well, so far, so good! From 292# 16 days ago to 286.4# today - 2.6 pounds/week so far, and I only got the exercise bike yesterday (now to actually do 60 minutes everyday!).
